AI-enhanced solutions for pavement & railway infrastructures

VIAPIX Systems, a spin-off from the Genaris Group founded in 2020, is now the French leader in urban road and rail inspection. The company offers a comprehensive AI-powered data acquisition and processing solution that enables transport network operators to manage their infrastructure intelligently. This compact technology, adaptable to all types of vehicles, allows clients to capture over 1,500 indicators in a single pass without service interruption. These indicators, including geometry, gauge, surface degradation, signage, and geolocation, are interpreted, inventoried, and classified according to standards. With a comprehensive and optimized view of assets in record time, clients benefit from intelligent, rapid, cost-effective, and safe maintenance for their users.

Retrofitting urban bus to electric

Within the GREEN-eBUS project, the Genaris Group played a crucial role by carrying out several key technical milestones. In collaboration with GREENMOT, which leads innovative projects in the field of electric mobility, Genaris was responsible for the integration of new technologies for the conversion of diesel buses into electric ones.

With this in mind, Genaris group carried out the analysis and study of the existing and to-be-integrated electrical and electronic equipment (EE), and then designed a preliminary electrical and electronic architecture. In parallel, an in-depth physical analysis of the buses was carried out (volumes, interfaces, CAN topology, electrical topology), ensuring a complete understanding of the system. Genaris also supervised the physical and digital mock-up, followed by the design, manufacturing and installation of the retrofit kit for the electrical harnesses, while ensuring the final power-up of the system to ensure its full functionality.
