Inaugurated in November 2021, the Agence de l'Innovation pour les Transports (AIT) brings together the three directorates-general of the Ministry of Transport to accelerate the transition towards sustainable, inclusive and resilient mobility and the digitisation of transport systems. AIT's role is to identify, list, support and promote innovative transport projects to help them better understand the administration and regulatory framework in which they operate. The aim is to support the development of prototypes, to help in the search for testing grounds, to identify the regulatory changes required and to support the scaling up of projects.
