Rail Analytics

With Rail Analytics, you can optimise your TER network with a better understanding of passenger numbers, and identify areas for improvement in order to adjust your service.

Rail Analytics is a SaaS solution for understanding and analysing ridership data, by making the data available to Regional Mobility Organising Authorities (RMOAs) more reliable, in particular from counting cells. This data also enables the AOMRs to understand the reality of TER network operations.

This understanding of the network enables them to manage their activity and communicate with the various stakeholders. In this way, the AOMRs can steer investment in rolling stock, validate the level of service provided by the operator(s), obtain information on the network and its operation on a more regular and exhaustive basis, share information with elected representatives, and better adjust the regional train offer to passenger demand for mobility.

Occupancy API

Occupancy API est une Interface de programmation (API) simple à intégrer, qui permet d’améliorer l’expérience voyageur et réguler la fréquentation dans les transports en commun.

En tant qu’Autorité Organisatrice ou Opérateur de Mobilité, vous pouvez, grâce à Occupancy API, prédire la charge à bord des véhicules de manière précise et la communiquer aux usagers.

En effet, la pandémie a provoqué une diminution de l’attractivité des transports publics pour les citoyens qui craignent les espaces clos et saturés. La majorité des réseaux de transport n’arrive pas à retrouver le niveau de fréquentation d’avant la crise. Avec cette solution, vous serez en capacité d’avoir des prédictions de fréquentation fiables et d'informer facilement les voyageurs sur la charge à bord à toutes les étapes de leur voyage, et ainsi les rassurer.

Fraud predictions at stops help to increase the power and efficiency of controllers in the field, by giving them indications of priority control locations and times.
