We work with public transport operators and local authorities to guide users in their daily journeys and to encourage them to rethink the transport modes they use.

Here are just a few examples of the products and services we have developed to make our customers' daily operations easier or to help you take a step back and find new ideas:

--------

  • Traveller Information Analysis & Consulting

To deliver the best possible service, our team is with you every step of the way, from the initial brief to delivery or printing, and we systematically take "user" feedback into account.

We therefore offer our support in the early stages of your projects, to:

  • perform an analysis of the existing systems: the resulting report will bring you both the views of our experts and those of your users, thanks to surveys carried out in the field.
  • analyse your needs, to advise and recommend relevant Traveller Information content.
  • try out the new proposals with your travellers.

We place our knowledge of network and traveller issues at your disposal to help you take a step back and find new ideas.

These constructive exchanges enable us to produce high-quality and effective images, in line with the initial brief.

  • A new SaaS tool for creating your timetables

Whether at a bus or tram stop or shelter, on the web, on a smartphone... timetables are the first essential tool for the traveller.

Thanks to our brand new SaaS (Software as a Service) tool, and after having taken into account the particularities of your network (offer, lines...), your graphic design code and your specific information, we provide you with an interface which will allow you to independently create or update your timetables at the stop or your line timetables.

To offer the best possible service to your customers and avoid unnecessary printing of your timetable leaflets, we suggest that you opt to display your timetables on digital interactive kiosk.

Thanks to a highly intuitive interface developed by our teams for your digital interactive kiosks, your customers will be able to specify their own parameters to create their own timetables.

The tool will allow the creation of fully customized timetables that respond directly to the traveller's needs, without excessive or unnecessary content.

You will thus no longer need to manage the printing of your leaflets, nor worry about stocks or disposing of surplus materials. You will therefore be saving both time and money... and contributing to saving the planet!

  • Multimodal Compassᵀᴹ

Multimodal Compassᵀᴹ, an original Latitude-Cartagène concept, highlights active modes of transport as a supplement to public transport.

Multimodal Compassᵀᴹ shows users the journey times to different destinations from their current location using different modes of transport (walking, bicycle, public transport, etc.).

It provides a local perspective that allows anyone to adjust its output through their knowledge and by comparing the different journey times.

By showing alternative ways to get around a given area, the Multimodal Compass encourages users to think differently about their journeys.

  • Before-and-after interactive map

The before-and-after interactive map is an interactive medium for effectively communicating to elected representatives, the transport authority or its users when changes are made to a transport network:

  • Destination or extension of bus, metro, tram or BRT lines;
  • Major works taking place on the network;
  • Significant reorganisation (changes to signage guidelines, prioritisation or renaming of lines, etc.).

This interactive map allows users to visualise and compare the current and future transport network thanks to its 3 complementary modules:

  • A full-page interactive map providing an overview of the current network and the future network via a handy graphical tool: the slider;
  • A module offering a visualisation of the changes line by line, municipality by municipality and/or district by district;
  • An itinerary simulator enabling users to experience a detailed preview of the future network.

The before-and-after interactive map is the ideal tool for discovering, considering, comparing or understanding the changes brought about by a new network. It can be used during the various phases of a project:

  • Response to request for proposals;
  • Consultation phase;
  • Public presentation meetings;
  • Assimilation of the new network by users, etc.
