Strasbourg has had trams since 1994. The network has been constantly expanding ever since, and is now one of the largest in France.
Today Compagnie des Transports Strasbourgeois (CTS) is continuing to improve the network (e.g. with its Line F extension) and offer new services to customers such as the new G line busway and contactless ticketing using smartphones.
